The National Coastwatch Institution (NCI) is a voluntary organisation keeping a visual watch along UK shores. At Cape Cornwall you will find their most westerly station on the UK mainland.
Visitors are most welcome at the Cape Cornwall lookout, although if there is a live incident you may be asked to return another time.
To read more about how to find the lookout, it’s history at Cape Cornwall and all the volunteers who keep it running today visit the NCI website.
